MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: FinServ Acquisition Corporation (FSRV) Name and Symbol Change to Katapult Holdings, Inc. (KPLT)

FinServ Acquisition Corporation (FSRV) will have a name and symbol change to Katapult Holdings, Inc. (KPLT) effective on Thursday, June 10, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FSRV will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. 

NOTE: KPLT options will continue to trade on Cloud 10 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 5 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
