MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Capitol Federal Financial, Inc. (CFFN) and Waterstone Financial, Inc. (WSBF)
Capitol Federal Financial, Inc. (CFFN) and Waterstone Financial, Inc. (WSBF) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, June 10, 2021. CFFN and WSBF options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CFFN and WSBF will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.
