MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Nabors Industries Ltd. (NBR)
Nabors Industries Ltd. (NBR) has announced a warrants distribution effective for Thursday, June 3, 2021. On that date, the current NBR option class will change to NBR2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list NBR2 options. Therefore, no options on NBR will be available for trading on Thursday, June 3, 2021.
Nabors Industries Ltd. (NBR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, June 4, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NBR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 2, 2021.
