MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: ProShares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (UVXY)

ProShares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (UVXY) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, May 26, 2021. On that date, the current UVXY option class will change to UVXY1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list UVXY1 options. Therefore, no options on UVXY will be available for trading on Wednesday, May 26, 2021. 

ProShares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (UVXY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, May 27, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in UVXY will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 25, 2021.
