MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: SuRo Capital Corporation (SSSS)
SuRo Capital Corporation (SSSS) has announced a dividend effective for Monday, May 17, 2021. On that date, the current SSSS option classes will change to SSSS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SSSS1 options. Therefore, no options on SSSS will be available for trading on Monday, May 17, 2021.
SuRo Capital Corporation (SSSS) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SSSS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 14, 2021.
