Amendment to MIAX Options Exchange Rule 404, Series of Option Contracts Open for Trading, to Permit Monday and Wednesday Expirations for Options Listed Pursuant to the Short Term Option Series Program on QQQ

MIAX Options amended Exchange Rule 404, Series of Option Contracts Open for Trading, to permit Monday and Wednesday Expirations for options listed pursuant to the Short Term Option Series Program on QQQ. The amendment became effective on April 22, 2021.

MIAX Options’ Rule 404, as amended, is incorporated by reference into the MIAX Emerald Rule Book, and thus is applicable to MIAX Emerald Members.
