MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD)

Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD) has announced a Dividend effective for Monday, April 19, 2021. On that date, the current BBD option class will change to BBD2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BBD2 options. Therefore, no options on BBD will be available for trading on Monday, April 19, 2021. 

Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 20, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BBD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 16, 2021.
