Replay Acquisition Corporation (RPLA) will have a name and symbol change to Finance of America Companies Inc. (FOA) effective on Monday, April 5, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RPLA will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 1, 2021.
NOTE: FOA options will trade on Cloud 6 on the MIAX Options Exchange and Cloud 3 on MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
