Nesco Holdings, Inc. (NSCO) will have a name and symbol change to Custom Truck One Source, Inc. (CTOS) effective on Monday, April 5, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NSCO will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 1, 2021.
NOTE: CTOS options will trade on Cloud 3 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and Cloud 2 on MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
