MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: InterPrivate Acquisition Corporation (IPV) Name and Symbol Change to Aeva Technologies, Inc. (AEVA)

InterPrivate Acquisition Corporation (IPV) will have a name and symbol change to Aeva Technologies, Inc. (AEVA) effective on Monday, March 15, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in IPV will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 12, 2021. 

NOTE: AEVA options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX Options Exchange, the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
