MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: NantKwest, Inc. (NK) Name and Symbol Change to ImmunityBio, Inc. (IBRX)

NantKwest, Inc. (NK) will have a name and symbol change to ImmunityBio, Inc. (IBRX) effective on Wednesday, March 10, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NK will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. 

NOTE: IBRX options will trade on Cloud 9 on the MIAX Options Exchange and Cloud 5 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
