MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings Inc. (AJRD)
Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings Inc. (AJRD) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Tuesday, March 9, 2021. On that date, the current AJRD option class will change to AJRD1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AJRD1 options. Therefore, no options on AJRD will be available for trading on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.
Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings Inc. (AJRD) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, March 10, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AJRD will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 8, 2021.
