MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Tootsie Roll Industries, Inc. (TR)
Tootsie Roll Industries, Inc. (TR) has announced a 3% Stock Dividend effective for Thursday, March 4, 2021. On that date, the current TR option class will change to TR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TR1 options. Therefore, no options on TR will be available for trading on Thursday, March 4, 2021.
Tootsie Roll Industries, Inc. (TR) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, March 5, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
