MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: M.D.C. Holdings Inc. (MDC)
M.D.C. Holdings Inc. (MDC) has announced an 8% Stock Dividend effective for Tuesday, March 2, 2021. On that date, the current MDC option class will change to MDC1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MDC1 options. Therefore, no options on MDC will be available for trading on Tuesday, March 2, 2021.
M.D.C. Holdings Inc. (MDC) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MDC will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 1, 2021.
