MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) and Direxion Daily Small Cap Bear 3X Shares (TZA)
Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) and Direxion Daily Small Cap Bear 3X Shares (TZA) have announced reverse stock splits effective for Tuesday, March 2, 2021. On that date, the current FAZ and TZA option classes will change to FAZ2 and TZA1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FAZ2 and TZA1 options. Therefore, no options on FAZ and TZA will be available for trading on Tuesday, March 2, 2021.
Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) and Direxion Daily Small Cap Bear 3X Shares (TZA) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FAZ and TZA will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 1, 2021.
