U.S. Options

Exantas Capital Corporation (XAN) has announced a 1-for-3 reverse stock split, name, and symbol change effective for Wednesday, February 17, 2021.  On this date, the current XAN option class will change to ACR1 and its name and symbol will change to ACRES Commercial Realty Corporation (ACR) . The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ACR1 options. Therefore, no options on XAN or ACR1 will be available for trading on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. 

ACRES Commercial Realty Corporation (ACR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, February 18, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in XAN will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.

NOTE: ACR options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 1 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
