MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: TechnipFMC plc (FTI)

TechnipFMC plc (FTI) has announced a reverse split effective for Tuesday, February 16, 2021. On that date, the current FTI option class will change to FTI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FTI1 options. Therefore, no options on FTI will be available for trading on Tuesday, February 16, 2021. 

TechnipFMC plc (FTI) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, February 17, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FTI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 12, 2021.
