MIAX Emerald Options - Excessive Quoting Fee Reports

As previously announced in the February 8, 2021 Alert, the MIAX Emerald Exchange implemented an excessive quoting fee.  MIAX Emerald is now providing reports for firms to monitor their quote volume statistics which are available only via SFTP.
