MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Verint Systems Inc. (VRNT)

Verint Systems Inc. (VRNT) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, February 2, 2021. On that date, the current VRNT option class will change to VRNT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list VRNT1 options. Therefore, no options on VRNT will be available for trading on Tuesday, February 2, 2021. 

Verint Systems Inc. (VRNT) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, February 3, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VRNT will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, February 1, 2021.
