MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Life Storage, Inc. (LSI)
Life Storage, Inc. (LSI) has announced a 3 for 2 stock split effective for Thursday, January 28, 2021. On that date, the current LSI option class will change to LSI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LSI1 options. Therefore, no options on LSI will be available for trading on Thursday, January 28, 2021.
Life Storage, Inc. (LSI) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, January 29, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LSI will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 27, 2021.
