MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Direxion Daily S&P 500 Bear 3X Shares (SPXS)
Direxion Daily S&P 500 Bear 3X Shares (SPXS) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective for Monday, January 11, 2021. On that date, the current SPXS option class will change to SPXS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SPXS1 options. Therefore, no options on SPXS will be available for trading on Monday, January 11, 2021.
Direxion Daily S&P 500 Bear 3X Shares (SPXS) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SPXS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 8, 2020.
