Name Change and Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl and MIAX Emerald for IPOC (CLOV) Effective January 8, 2021

Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corporation III (IPOC) will have a name and symbol change to Clover Health Investments Corporation (CLOV) effective on Friday, January 8, 2021 and will transfer primary listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the NASDAQ Global Select Market effective Friday, January 8, 2021.
