RMG Acquisition Corporation (RMG) will have a name and symbol change to Romeo Power, Inc. (RMO) effective on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RMG will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.
NOTE: RMO options will trade on Cloud 15 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 7 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
