MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. (GPMT) and Urban Edge Properties (UE)
Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. (GPMT) and Urban Edge Properties (UE) have announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, December 30, 2020. GPMT and UE options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GPMT and UE will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.
