MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - ETF symbols ARKK, ARKW, ARKF and NERD
ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK), ARK Next Generation Internet ETF (ARKW), ARK Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF) and Roundhill BITKRAFT Esports & Digital Entertainment ETF (NERD) have announced capital gains distibutions. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, December 29, 2020. ARKK, ARKW, ARKF and NERD options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ARKK, ARKW, ARKF and NERD will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 28, 2020.
