MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - ARK Genomic Revolution ETF (ARKG) and ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF (ARKQ)
ARK Genomic Revolution ETF (ARKG) and ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF (ARKQ) have announced capital gains distibutions. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, December 29, 2020. ARKG and ARKQ options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ARKG and ARKQ will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 28, 2020.
