MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Gold Resource Corporation (GORO)
Gold Resource Corporation (GORO) has announced a distribtion effective for Thursday, December 24, 2020. On that date, the current GORO option class will change to GORO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list GORO1 options. Therefore, no options on GORO will be available for trading on Thursday, December 24, 2020.
Gold Resource Corporation (GORO) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, December 28, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GORO will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 23, 2020.
