Hennessy Capital Acquisition Corporation IV (HCAC) will have a name and symbol change to Canoo Inc. (GOEV) effective on Tuesday, December 22, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HCAC will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 21, 2020.
NOTE: GOEV options will trade on Cloud 7 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 4 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
