MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: VEREIT, Inc. (VER)
VEREIT, Inc. (VER) has announced a 1-for-5 reverse stock split effective for Friday, December 18, 2020. On that date, the current VER option class will change to VER1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list VER1 options. Therefore, no options on VER will be available for trading on Friday, December 18, 2020.
VEREIT, Inc. (VER) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, December 21, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VER will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 17, 2020.
