MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Stifel Financial Corporation (SF)
Stifel Financial Corporation (SF) has announced a 3 for 2 stock split effective for Thursday, December 17, 2020. On that date, the current SF option class will change to SF1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SF1 options. Therefore, no options on SF will be available for trading on Thursday, December 17, 2020.
Stifel Financial Corporation (SF) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, December 18, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SF will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.
