MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Moelis & Company (MC) and PACCAR Inc. (PCAR)
Moelis & Company (MC) and PACCAR Inc. (PCAR) have announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, December 17, 2020. MC and PCAR options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MC and PCAR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.
