MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIV)
Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIV) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, December 15, 2020. On that date, the current AIV option class will change to AIV3. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AIV3 options. Therefore, no options on AIV will be available for trading on Tuesday, December 15, 2020.
Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIV) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AIV will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 14, 2020.
