MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: SL Green Realty Corporation (SLG)
SL Green Realty Corporation (SLG) has announced a cash dividend effective for Monday, December 14, 2020. On that date, the current SLG option class will change to SLG1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SLG1 options. Therefore, no options on SLG will be available for trading on Monday, December 14, 2020.
SL Green Realty Corporation (SLG) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 15, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SLG will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 11, 2020.
