MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Rollins, Inc. (ROL)
Rollins, Inc. (ROL) has announced a 3-for-2 stock split effective for Friday, December 11, 2020. On that date, the current ROL option class will change to ROL1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ROL1 options. Therefore, no options on ROL will be available for trading on Friday, December 11, 2020.
Rollins, Inc. (ROL) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, December 14, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ROL will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 10, 2020.
