MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (EYPT)

EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (EYPT) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, December 9, 2020. On that date, the current EYPT option class will change to EYPT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list EYPT1 options. Therefore, no options on EYPT will be available for trading on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. 

EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (EYPT) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, December 10, 2020.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EYPT will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
