Loral Space and Communications, Inc. (LORL) has announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, December 3, 2020. LORL options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX PEARL and MIAX Emerald order books in LORL will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 2, 2020.
