MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Costco Wholesale Corporation (COST) and Fastenal Company (FAST)
Costco Wholesale Corporation (COST) and Fastenal Company (FAST) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. COST and FAST options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in COST and FAST will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 30, 2020.
