MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Natural Grocers by MSC Industrial Direct Co. Inc. (MSM) and Waterstone Financial, Inc. (WSBF)
MSC Industrial Direct Co. Inc. (MSM) and Waterstone Financial, Inc. (WSBF) have both announced distributions. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, November 30, 2020. MSM and WSBF options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MSM and WSBF will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 27, 2020.
