MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: CVR Partners, LP (UAN)
CVR Partners, LP (UAN) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, November 24, 2020. On that date, the current UAN option class will change to UAN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list UAN1 options. Therefore, no options on UAN will be available for trading on Tuesday, November 24, 2020.
CVR Partners, LP (UAN) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in UAN will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 23, 2020.
