For calendar year 2020, MIAX PEARL Equities (the “Exchange”) will designate at least three Equity Members on the Exchange who have a meaningful percentage of trading volume in NMS Stocks across the other equity exchanges to participate in the October 24, 2020 Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans Test.  The Exchange will notify Members designated under this provision no later than September 30, 2020.
