MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Whiting Petroleum Corporation (WLL)
Whiting Petroleum Corporation (WLL) has announced a reorganization plan effective for Wednesday, September 2, 2020. On that date, the current WLL option class will change to WLL1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list WLL1 options. Therefore, no options on WLL will be available for trading on Wednesday, September 2, 2020.
An updated alert will be distributed before Whiting Petroleum Corporation (WLL) resumes trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in WLL will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, September 1, 2020.
