MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SNSS)
Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SNSS) has announced a stock split effective for Thursday, September 3, 2020. On that date, the current SNSS option class will change to SNSS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SNSS1 options. Therefore, no options on SNSS will be available for trading on Thursday, September 3, 2020.
Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SNSS) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, September 4, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SNSS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September, 2, 2020.
