Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX PEARL and MIAX Emerald for Newly Listed Option Symbol BIGC Effective Tuesday, August 25, 2020

BigCommerce Holdings, Inc. (“BIGC”) will start trading on MIAX Options, MIAX PEARL and MIAX Emerald beginning Tuesday, August 25, 2020. Each Exchange shall use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
