MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Organovo Holdings, Inc. (ONVO)
Organovo Holdings, Inc. (ONVO) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, August 19, 2020. On that date, the current ONVO option class will change to ONVO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ONVO1 options. Therefore, no options on ONVO will be available for trading on Wednesday, August 19, 2020.
Organovo Holdings, Inc. (ONVO) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, August 20, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ONVO will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
