MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ocwen Financial Corporation (OCN)
Ocwen Financial Corporation (OCN) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, August 14, 2020. On that date, the current OCN option class will change to OCN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list OCN1 options. Therefore, no options on OCN will be available for trading on Friday, August 14, 2020.
Ocwen Financial Corporation (OCN) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, August 17, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OCN will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 13, 2020.
