MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY)
Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, July 2, 2020. On that date, the current OXY option class will change to OXY2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list OXY2 options. Therefore, no options on OXY will be available for trading on Thursday, July 2, 2020.
Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, July 6, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OXY will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
