MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Office Depot, Inc. (ODP)
Office Depot, Inc. (ODP) has announced a reverse stock split and name change effective for Wednesday, July 1, 2020. On that date, the current ODP option class will change to ODP1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ODP1 options. Therefore, no options on ODP will be available for trading on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
The ODP Corporation (ODP) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, July 2, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ODP will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 30, 2020.
