MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Groupon, Inc. (GRPN)

Groupon, Inc. (GRPN) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, June 11, 2020. On that date, the current GRPN option class will change to GRPN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list GRPN1 options. Therefore, no options on GRPN will be available for trading on Thursday, June 11, 2020. 

Groupon, Inc. (GRPN) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, June 12, 2020.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GRPN will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 10, 2020.
