MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Laredo Petroleum, Inc. (LPI)
Laredo Petroleum, Inc. (LPI) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, June 2, 2020. On that date, the current LPI option class will change to LPI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LPI1 options. Therefore, no options on LPI will be available for trading on Tuesday, June 2, 2020.
Laredo Petroleum, Inc. (LPI) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 3, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LPI will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 1, 2020.
