MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: American Outdoor Brands Corporation (AOBC) name and symbol change to Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. (SWBI)
American Outdoor Brands Corporation (AOBC) will change its name and symbol to Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. (SWBI) effective on Monday, June 1, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AOBC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 29, 2020.
NOTE: SWBI options will trade on Cloud 16 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 8 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
